History
The 18100-18249 series boxcars were built by AC&F in June 1964. The majority were used to transport auto parts to and from plants on the DT&I although some were reassigned to paper service around 1980. Changes in AAR mechanical designation and interior fittings were numerous during the cars' lifetime. A few of the cars still exist today in company service for CN/IC.
